The 2021 1/10 oz Gold Kookaburra is the second ever one-tenth ounce produced by the Perth Mint.  This 1/10 oz Gold Kookaburra has a limited mintage of just 15,000 which is sure to attract the interest of gold collectors around the world. For comparison, the Perth Mint normally produces about 50,000 1/10th oz Gold Kangaroo Coins per year, so this Gold Kookaburra release is much more scarce.

The Gold 1/10th Kookaburra Coin will come in capsule to protect your coin in shipping, and also for preservation in long-term storage to ensure your gold bullion stays beautiful for years to come. Each of these Gold Kookaburras is comprised of .10 troy ounces of .9999 (24-karat) gold bullion.

The obverse of this Gold 1/10th oz Kookaburra is very similar to all other Australian Gold coins. It features the right-facing portrait of Queen Elizabeth in the center of the design along with “ELIZABETH II”, “AUSTRALIA”, & “15 DOLLARS” minted around her along the edge of the coin.

The reverse features the popular Kookaburra bird pirching confidently on a tree branch with impeccable detail. The words “AUSTRALIAN KOOKABURRA” are displayed at the top and “2021” is minted on the left side of “1/10oz 9999 GOLD”. Each coin will also feature the Perth Mint's mintmark "P."
