SD Bullion locks in prices over the phone when the seller agrees to the trade. Once your price is locked in, it will not change or be altered. Terms of Use are fully applicable.

When packaging your items, use plenty of stuffing or bubble wrap inside so there is no movement during transit. Please tape all tubes shut. If sending larger bars, please make sure they are packaged so there is packaging material between them during transit. We also ask that you double-box the shipment and use plenty of tape, covering all seams of the box. Double boxing means you have a sealed inner box containing your items with stuffing or bubble wrap, taped completely shut with no movement of the items during transit, and that inner box is placed in an outer box which is also sealed and taped completely shut. Boxes should be new, unmarked boxes. Do not use boxes indicating hazardous materials are inside. If you have an order that is over 500 oz, please split it so each package does not contain more than 500 oz. Please print the shipping label twice. Place one label on the inner box and the other on the outer box. Once the package has been opened and verified by our team, we will notify you via email, and payment will be sent after.

If you are utilizing a shipping label provided by us, your shipment will be automatically insured, provided that packaging instructions are adhered to. If you are providing your own shipping label, you are responsible for insuring your shipment.

SD Bullion offers two choices for paying out orders; ACH or Bank Wire. ACH is the traditional choice and can take up to 24-48 hours after sending to be received in the seller’s account. Alternatively, we offer the choice to pay with bank wire for a fee of $30 that is applied to the trade.

When a buyback order is confirmed, prices become locked-in and the order becomes a contractually binding agreement between the “seller” and SD Bullion, Inc. By placing an order either online or via telephone and agreeing to our terms and conditions, the customer enters into a contractually binding agreement with SD Bullion, Inc, and agrees to send SD Bullion, Inc products as contractually specified. Cancellation requests must be filed via telephone during normal business hours. SD Bullion will evaluate any request to cancel an order on a case-by-case basis and only under rare, extraordinary circumstances will a cancellation be approved. All canceled buyback orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee plus any market loss SD Bullion may or does incur by accepting the purchase order to buy from you. Sell to Us Best Practices
Please remember to follow the shipping and packaging instructions included below. If you are providing your own label to fully insure your shipment.
1. Photographs
If using our labels, please remember to take photos of your items prior to packaging, the items in the packaging before taping the box shut, and photos of the outside of the sealed box. In the event that a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will require these photos to begin an investigation with the carrier. Please keep any supporting photos of your items for your records until the PO is received in full and payment has been sent.
2. Packaging Products
Package your items inside new, unmarked boxes. Do not use boxes indicating hazardous materials inside. When packing your items, use lots of stuffing or bubble wrap inside so there is no movement during transit. Include a printed copy of your invoice. Please tape all tubes shut. If sending larger bars, make sure they are packed with packing material between them. If you have an order that is over 500 oz, please split it so each package does not contain more than 500 oz.
3. Double Boxing
Print the shipping label twice. Tape the first shipping label to the outside of the inner box. Then, make sure that every seam of the box is sealed with packing tape, and put that box into an outer box. Fill the outer box with stuffing / packing material to make sure the smaller box does not move around during transit. Double-Boxing is not required if utilizing SD-Bullion Packaging Kits.
4. Sealing & Shipping
Using clear tape, tape the second shipping label to the outside of the larger box. Make sure that every seam of the box is sealed with packing tape, and that the box does not have any labeling or writing on it about the contents of the package.
