This series of coins is modeled after the famous Fabergé Eggs, a jeweled egg created by the House of Fabergé in St. Petersburg, Russia. These works of art were purchased and displayed by the wealthiest families in the world. It is suspected that as many as 69 eggs were created, yet only 57 survive today. This coin series features replicated designs of the Fabergé Eggs and in the 2nd edition of the series, the Mongolia Fabergé is displayed.

 

 This two-ounce proof coin contains .999 pure silver and features the mirror-like finish struck on proof coins. The coin comes in a replicated Fabergé Egg display case, adding to the artistic design and presentation of the coin. The reverse face features the Rose Tellis Egg struck in stunning high relief. Delicate floral ornaments in light relief are depicted in the background. The year 1907, when the egg was forged, can also be seen. This proof is limited to only 888 pieces worldwide

 

The obverse side features the Bank of Magnolia’s coat of arms as well as the issuing country (Magnolia) and the denomination of 1,000 Togrog.
