The breathtaking 2022 2 oz Mongolia Fabergé - Rosebud Egg Silver Proof Coin is the third release in CIT’s Faberge Egg series. This series of coins is modeled after the famous Fabergé Eggs, a jeweled egg created by the House of Fabergé in St. Petersburg, Russia. The world's wealthiest households purchased and displayed these works of art. Although it is thought that up to 69 eggs were created, only 57 have survived to this day. The Mongolia Fabergé Rosebud Egg is included in the third edition of this coin series, which depicts replicas of the Fabergé Eggs.

Coin Highlights:

The Rosebud Egg is struck in spectacular high relief on the reverse face. The design replicates the detail of the actual egg. The coin shows red enamel and wreaths decorating the egg's exterior. It is said that inside the egg was a rose made of diamond and two rubies. The egg is displayed at the Fabergé Museum in Saint Petersburg.

The obverse side features the Bank of Magnolia’s coat of arms and the issuing country (Magnolia) and the denomination of 1,000 Togrog.
